UMAMU Estate 2008 Chardonnay

Appearance: Clear yellow golden. 

 

Nose: Intense perfume and fragrance with hints of honey and citrus peel. 

Palate: Mellow and luscious with layered development and a hint of caramel. Good length with a tender backbone of acidity. 

Food Pairing: Seafood or chicken.
