Appearance: A deep red garnet. 

Nose: Leafy, plum & mulberry. 

Palate: Juicy with ripe red plums & dark chocolate, silky with subtle tannins, good length with a robust finish. 

Food Pairing:  rich roasted or stewed meats - ribeye, lamb stew.
